As a sales representative for Bay Paper Company you will receive a competitive salary plus commissions on every sale made to customers assigned to you or that you establish. We will pay half of your individual or family health and dental insurance premiums through our Blue Cross/Blue Shield group plan, We offer a credit union and a 401-k plan. We will furnish you with pricing, inventory, and customer information.

We expect you to work hard and smart each weekday, (no weekends) and to increase sales to existing customers while establishing new accounts and increasing overall territory sales. Bay Paper Company is a goal oriented company and you are expected to meet or exceed your established goals. .

Within limits, you will be able to set your own work schedule and you have liberties when establishing selling prices. You will report in daily by phone and email. After training, you are only reqired at our Mobile office 2-3 times each month

We will work with you as you learn our product lines and will furnish you with prospects, samples and literature to help you succeed. These sales positions are 25% servicing existing accounts and 75% prospecting and establishing new accounts.

We sale "Use" items so repeat sales are the norm. Most of our customers place orders with us weekly or monthly.

Our customer base includes: restaurants, laundries, doctors, dentists, vets, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, churches, retailers, wholesalers, every business uses our products. Your prospect pool is virtually unlimited.
